Your purchase and account

Each course costs $250 USD per learner unless an organizational quote explicitly states an agreed group total. This is a one-time purchase, with lifetime access to the purchased course while Rico’s Development operates the service. Each learner uses their own email account. Keep organizational enrollment links within your intended team.

Payment must be verified before access is granted. An invoice or purchase-order request does not itself enroll learners, approve credit terms, or activate course access. No recurring membership charge is attached to these course purchases.

Included support

Every purchased learner seat includes instructor grading, private coursework chat, and five one-hour video consulting calls for that course. Additional one-hour calls cost $75 each. Unused call credits have no scheduled expiry while your course access remains active. Calls are available by appointment and require instructor confirmation.

We reply to chat within one business day and return grading feedback within three business days after submission. Business days are Monday–Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays, in Central Time. Consulting appointments may be arranged outside those business hours by agreement.

Educational scope

The courses and calls provide education and academic consulting. They do not provide therapy, medical care, diagnosis, emergency response, or legal advice. They do not confer professional licensure, clinical certification, or automatically approved continuing-education or state training credit.

Completion certificates recognize educational completion of this course only. Use course concepts within your role, follow your organization’s approved procedures, and obtain qualified professional help where appropriate.

Gifted creator access

Approved creator seats have the same educational access and included support as one paid course seat. Gifted access is personal, cannot be sold or shared, and remains available when new referral attribution is paused. Creator commissions follow the separately published creator terms.

Course work and use of materials

Submit your own work using fictional examples. Instructors apply the published rubrics and may request revisions. Completion requires all lesson reflections reviewed, at least 80% overall graded points, at least 16/20 capstone points, and the full capstone safety score.

You may use course tools for your own learning and workplace practice. Do not resell the course, share paid account access, or reproduce the complete instructional materials for distribution without written permission. You retain ownership of your submitted work; we use it only to provide the course and related support.

Consultation changes and conduct

See the support policy for rescheduling and missed appointments. Use the portal respectfully and do not share confidential third-party records. Access may be restricted for harassment, unauthorized sharing, or a refunded or disputed payment. Contact us if you believe an access restriction is incorrect.

Refunds, group arrangements, and contact

The refund policy applies to course purchases and explains how to request a refund. Optional live workshops and any invoice or purchase-order arrangements must be separately agreed in writing; absent a separately agreed workshop policy, our published refund policy applies.
