Rico’s Development turns that practical perspective into education for parents, educators, healthcare professionals, and organizations. The aim is to make useful ideas easier to practice—during a difficult transition, a classroom conversation, a care interaction, or a team handoff.

Through the Developmental Response System™ (DRS), learners practice understanding context, building connection, and choosing an intentional response. The courses combine structured lessons with editable tools, fictional cases, reflection, and instructor feedback.

You receive more than lesson access. Every $250 course includes grading and feedback, private academic consultant chat, and five one-hour video consulting calls. Additional one-hour calls are $75.

Channelle’s focus is on helping you think through course concepts, improve your submitted work, and adapt tools to your learning goals. Chat replies arrive within one business day, and grading within three business days.
