Privacy policy

Information we collect

We store your contact details and organizational training requests. Email accounts store your name, email address, a salted password hash, a hashed recovery code, and security records for sessions, confirmation links, and reset requests. We do not store your password or recovery code in readable form. For existing ChatGPT sign-in accounts, we receive your account identifier, email address, and any available display name. We also store your course access, saved assignments, grading feedback, support messages, consultation bookings, completion records, and notification delivery records.

Stripe processes payments. We store payment references and enrollment status; we do not collect or store your full card number.

Website and sales measurement

We use first-party measurement to count public course views, preview visits, quote requests, and verified payments. An anonymous identifier and outreach source labels are stored in your browser’s session storage, and website events are retained for up to 90 days. We do not collect your IP address, full referring URL, assignment content, grades, messages, or consultation topics for analytics. We respect the browser’s Do Not Track setting for public visitor measurement. Blocking scripts or session storage prevents visitor measurement; verified payments and quotes can still appear in aggregate sales totals.

Outreach links can contain campaign labels such as source, medium, and campaign. These help us understand which outreach brings interest and purchases. Payment measurement uses verified server-side payment events and never accepts a purchase reported only by a visitor’s browser.

Creator referrals and billing

An eligible creator referral places a first-party, secure, HttpOnly cookie on this browser for up to 30 days. We keep only a hash of its random token, partner reference and timestamps. It is used to attribute course commissions; it is not shared with advertising networks. Do Not Track prevents new referral attribution. You can clear it below. Creators see commission amounts and status, never customer identities or private course work. Stripe collects billing addresses in hosted checkout; card details remain with Stripe.

Google Ads measurement

We initialize a Google Ads tag on public marketing pages to understand advertising visits. Google may receive your IP address, browser and device information, public page address and advertising identifiers, and may use cookies under its own privacy policies. We do not initialize this tag on account, payment-success, owner, paid-learning or private team pages, or when your browser sends Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control. Our measurement code does not send assignment content, grades, private messages, consultation topics, passwords or account recovery links to Google.

How we use it

We use your information to answer inquiries, arrange purchases, provide course access, grade work, offer consulting, issue completion certificates, and send service messages. We also use it to maintain security, manage refunds, and resolve problems. We do not sell your personal information or use coursework for advertising.

Who can see your information

Your course work, grades, chat messages, and consultation topics are private to you and authorized Rico’s Development instructors. Organizational purchasers receive enrollment totals and aggregate completion totals. Your chosen report name and completion status are included in their individual report only if you expressly opt in. Withdrawing consent excludes your individual status from new reports; previously downloaded copies cannot be recalled. They do not receive your assignments, scores, feedback, chat, or consultation details.

A certificate is available through your signed-in account. There is no public learner directory or public certificate lookup. You decide whether to share or download your certificate.

Service providers and email

The website is hosted through OpenAI Sites and Cloudflare. Customers can register directly with an email address and password. ChatGPT also supplies identity for existing accounts and owner sign-in. Stripe handles checkout, and the configured email delivery provider (including EmailJS when connected) handles transactional service emails. Providers process the information needed to deliver their services under their own terms and privacy policies.

Email alerts contain brief service notices and links to your account, rather than assignment content, grading details, chat text, or consultation topics. Replies go to channelle.rico@yahoo.com. We do not automatically add purchasers or inquirers to marketing email lists.

Retention and your choices

We retain your saved work and completion records to support lifetime course access unless you request deletion. Purchasing, refund, and security records may need to be retained for business or legal purposes. Notification and delivery records are retained to support reliable service.

Email channelle.rico@yahoo.com to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information. We will verify the request and explain any records that must be retained. Deleting saved course work can affect completion verification and future access to a certificate.

Appropriate use and security

This website is intended for adult learners. Use fictional examples in assignments and support. Do not upload or type identifiable patient, student, child, employee, or resident records. The learning space is not a clinical records system.

We use access controls and encrypted server-side credentials. No online service can guarantee absolute security. An essential, secure session cookie keeps email accounts signed in for up to 14 days. Password changes and recovery revoke existing email sessions. Essential sign-in and session technology is used to operate your account; this website does not currently use advertising trackers.
